Policies and Procedures

Governance of our congregation is handled by our members, committees, teams, staff, and the Board of Trustees.  The Board is given fiduciary responsibility to ensure that the Mission and Vision of the congregation is implemented with accountability and safety.  These policies and procedures are approved by the Board after being vetted by the appropriate committees, teams, and staff.  Requests for edits, clarification, and/or questions for the following policies can be brought to the attention of the Board President for consideration at the next Board meeting.

This manual is a work in progress—a living document—and is routinely updated.  It is currently under review and reorganization.  Questions about the Policies and Procedures should be directed to Pastor Amy Brooks or Policy and Procedure Manual Editor Sandra Shaner.
